Operation Days and Times
Facilities are available during term time only when the school is open to pupils.
All pupils enrolled at Churnet View Middle School are eligible to attend.

Booking and Payments
Please book and pay in advance using ArborPay (up to one month ahead). You can drop off or collect your child anytime during the session, but the full session fee still applies.
Snacks
Morning and afternoon sessions include a light snack and drink. Tell us about any allergies via Arbor or by call reception. Extra breakfast items can be bought at the school breakfast club from 8.30am.
Cancellations/Absences
If you need to cancel, call the office at least 24 hours before.
If we can fill the space, youll get a free session later.
if not, the fee still applies.
We cant refund ArborPay accounts. If school closes (e.g bad weather), you'll get a credit for a future session.
Collection
Pupils must only be collected by authorised adults and will not be released to any other person unless a prior arrangement has been agreed.
Please buzz the school gate and drop off/collect from the school reception. If no one is in reception please call 07742 802902
Late Collection
Please collect by 5.45pm. Late fees: £15 for the first 15 minutes, then £15 for each extra 15 minutes. Repeated lateness may mean your child can't attend.
Please call the care club mobile number at 07742 802902 if you are unavoidably late to inform staff. Late fees will still apply.
Extra-curricular After School Activities
After-school clubs run until 4.15pm and are free. Book both the club and care club if needed. Late collection after 4.15pm means a full Care Club charge if a club is cancelled, Care Club staff will collect your child.
Child Care Vouchers
We're registering with HMRC to accept childcare vouchers. Once ready, you can top up your Arbor account after funds clear (may take up to 72 hours).
